- Oversees, manages, executes, and coordinates the activities and day-to-day operations of organization's post-market surveillance programs and related activities, including interactions with direct customers, other departments, distributors, receiving of customer phone calls, complaint receipt, data entry, evaluation, investigation, and complaint closures.
- Provides leadership, management, and oversight to the complaint investigation team, and assures team achieves its objectives in performing thorough and timely product complaint investigations.
- Monitors, manages, and takes action to achieve complaint investigation metrics, maximizing insights into why consumers return products in order to improve them and reduce return rates.
