  • Performs operational risk assessments and implements mitigation solutions.
  • Maintains training materials and enables user training on organizational technologies.
  • Budgets and tracks IT services costs to align spending with organizational objectives.
  • Designs, delivers, and continuously improves a comprehensive software strategy and the standard operating procedures for technologies.
  • Identifies and integrates emerging information technologies to improve the technical processes of an organization.
  • Understands and anticipates the needs and requirements of the business to ensure that software and services contribute to business outcomes.
  • Develops and maintains service-level agreements with business partners and manages vendors.
  • Evaluates the overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommends enhancements.
