  • Utilizes legal expertise in various litigation processes, rules of evidence, and court proceedings to incorporate the technology that will support trial groups in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Administers all aspects of the discovery process for cases, focusing on electronic discovery such as identification, preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of electronically stored information.
  • Provides technical assistance to attorneys by identifying the need for and implementing strategies for litigation support and trial management software; coordinates the use of hosted review platforms; and designs, implements, and maintains litigation databases.
