Description:
  • Prepares daily call center schedules, and ensures round-the-clock staffing and appropriate coverage to meet traffic requirements.
  • Monitors incoming call volumes, and arranges for the even distribution of work tasks for Call Center Representatives based on call volume, workload, and staff attendance.
  • Prearranges work schedules, estimates time for completion of job assignments, and assigns employees to specific duties.
