  • Directs a team of technology professionals, including Service Management, Product Engineering, Design Engineering, and Implementation Engineering, who are responsible for management and operations of all collaboration services.
  • Determines the collaboration requirements of the business functions, and designs collaboration systems in the context of the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Establishes and adheres to operational objectives, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements; develops, modifies, and executes company policies and design standards that affect operations; and maintains strategies that align and support IT and Corporate strategies.
