  • Understands and adheres to office policies and procedures as well as any industry regulations.
  • Monitors and helps to control the office budget.
  • Prepares invoices and reviews the accuracy of posted transactions.
  • Balances receipts, cash, and credit card payments.
  • Operates office machines to perform clerical duties.
