Job Summary

  • Administers the implementation of CRM solutions in an organization, and interfaces with all departments using CRM software, playing the roles of part programmer, part manager, part educator, and part diplomat.
  • Acquires, identifies, and analyzes CRM software requirements, and ensures the requirements are met.
  • Maintains, evaluates, and configures the CRM system, and provides detailed end user documentation.
  • Interprets, edits, and modifies the software to fit the needs of the company.
  • Bridges the gap between the CRM system and the users who interact with it, utilizing an understanding of the CRM software, of other departments, and of sales, marketing, business processes, and how they relate to the CRM software.
