- Approves construction drawings and compels construction personnel to maintain and disseminate construction documents.
- Determines the materials and equipment needed to complete a construction project.
- Acts as the technical resource for construction projects and solves problems on construction sites.
- Establishes project budget and timelines and confirms project progress remains on time and within budget.
- Assures structures are completed to the standard of project plans.
