  • Oversees the payment of claims, and assures claims are valid and are resolved fairly, expeditiously, and economically.
  • Acquires information from doctors or specialists; works with Claims Adjusters, Claims Analysts, and other claims staff; assures thorough documentation exists for all claims, and confers with legal counsel when appropriate.
