ERI's Salary Assessor®survey software provides consensus salary data for over 14,000 position titles in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Using this salary survey database, you can make an unlimited number of salary comparison reports in-house. You’ll personalize these reports with your organization’s data by inputting the position title of the employee, plus your organization’s location, industry, size in revenue, and salary planning date. Then you’ll instantly receive base salary, bonus, and total compensation composite survey data for this job. An additional feature is a benchmark comparison screen that calculates compa-ratios, comparing your organization’s actual pay for benchmark positions against what the competitive labor market pays. Branch Office Survey Software

Using ERI's Geographic Assessor® software you can quickly make international salary and cost-of-living comparisons based upon your organization's headquarters and branch offices in any of more than 9,000 locations. This product is useful for determining geographic salary differentials for setting branch office salary structures, or for selecting locations for new facilities and office relocations. To do so, choose a base city and destination city. Then input a base earnings level. This software lets you compare the two locations to see how they differ in terms of average pay and cost of living. For example, a company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts would experience a lower cost of labor in Austin, Texas. For an employee group earning $84,000 per year in Boston, this survey software shows that the Austin salary rate is 12% lower, and the cost of living is 45% lower. Additional features include prevailing wage data for immigration H-1B visas and U.S. Census employment data for affirmative action reports. Cost of Living Comparison Software

ERI's Relocation Assessor® cost-of-living calculator lets you make unlimited in-house cost-of-living reports for planning employee relocation allowances. To use this cost of living calculator software, simply input an employee's current location, earnings level, family size, and spending patterns (e.g. home ownership/rental, number of cars). Then select the new job's location from over 10,000 cities worldwide. This cost-of-living calculator will give you the employee's overall difference in living costs in the new location, including a break-down of costs by category: housing, taxes, health care, consumables, transportation, etc. In addition, you can review per diem rates for food and lodging for setting temporary relocation allowances. This software also lets you compare rent vs. home-ownership scenarios, allowing you to model mortgage payments based on current interest rates. Data is presented in the currency of your choice, and you can adjust the home country residency of the employee for tax equalization calculations. A comparison list screen lets you make cost-of-living comparisons for 20 earnings levels in up to 1,000 cities at one time. Researching cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) amounts for multiple locations is a time-consuming process. Now you have the answers at your fingertips with ERI’s Relocation Assessor cost-of-living calculator. To try a free demo of this compensation software, click here.
