Job Description:
Provides customer service for the commercial insurance. Interacts with customers by phone or in person to ensure the best service possible. Answers customers' questions regarding product or service. Interviews customers to obtain information and explain available services. Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, and discontinuance. A combination of six to twelve months of directly related training and/or experience is typically required for carrying out the responsibilities for this job.: Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and company records. Adjusts complaints concerning billing or services rendered. Refers complaints of service or to appropriate departments for investigation. Coordinates customers' service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service. May solicit sale of new or addition services or product. May obtain credit records from credit reporting agency. May visit customer premises to obtain order or resolve customer problems. hide...show full description
