Job Description:
Coordinates work of various departments to coordinate the manufacturing for an organization. Coordinates production at a single facility or in some cases production of several smaller facilities. A combination of over four years of directly related training and/or experience is typically required for carrying out the responsibilities for this job. Assigns duties and coordinate activities of supervisors and/or employees engaged in production. Typically reports to Head of Manufacturing or a division manager and may have supervisors or managers of lower level departments reporting to this position.: Ensures manufacture of products on schedule, in accordance with quality standards, and at the lowest possible cost with the highest quality. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems.
