Term: Classification Method of Job Evaluation
Definition:A methodical system of job evaluation, where the focus is on the actual job as opposed to the individual carrying out the job. This evaluation method, therefore, determines the skills required to perform the job and measures the degree of difficulty of a particular job in comparison with another job through job analysis.
