Proxy Report
A proxy report is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission whenever vote of a company's shareholders is solicited. It contains disclosures of all important facts concerning the issues on which stockholders are asked to vote, which typically include executive compensation and extensive financial information.
10k Report
A Form 10k report is the official annual business and financial report filed by public companies with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This document contains comprehensive information about the company including detailed financial information, a business summary, a list of properties, subsidiaries, legal proceedings, etc.
Form 990
This form is submitted annually by tax-exempt organizations with annual gross receipts of $25,000 or more to the Internal Revenue Service. It contains information on the nonprofit's purpose and programs, finances (revenues and their sources, expenses, and assets), and the officers and key employees and their salaries.
