QUESTION:  When I try to run an Assessor Series® application, I get an error message saying "Exception ERead Error in module erisawin.exe at 0001558D.  Error reading memo.  WYSIWYG:  Win32 error.  Code:  123," or something similar.

 

Your system may not have a printer installed.  Simply install a printer driver (a physical printer is not required), and the error message will no longer appear.

 

To Install a Printer Driver

1.Click the Windows Start button, select Settings, then click to select Printers. 
2.Double-click the Add Printer icon and follow the instructions to install a printer as they appear on your screen.
