Salary Survey Process
Survey Participation
Each year, we open a participation window from October to April. During that time, we reach out to companies and give them the opportunity to participate and contribute their salary survey data and benefits information.
Salary Data Review
After data collection is complete, the salary data are reviewed by our Ph.D. statisticians for quality and consistency. If there are any salary data discrepancies, participating organizations are contacted for clarification and correction.
Salary Survey Results
After the salary data are collected and verified, summary statistics (such as mean salary data) are calculated, and the results are published for customers to utilize.
