Description:
  • Oversees the day-to-day management of a trust (typically a taxpaying entity) that owns property and/or holds assets.
  • Manages all administrative and fiduciary functions of the accounts assigned, including managing all accounts in accordance with trust documents, applicable legal requirements, and company compliance guidelines.
  • Interfaces with clients with unusual and sophisticated tax situations and multi-family generations.
  • Heads discussions on ongoing estate planning issues, gift, estate, and other tax and financial concerns about and with the client.
  • Purchases and sells securities, balances bank accounts, and makes payments to the designated trust beneficiaries.
