  • Observes and records time required to load and unload passengers or freight, volume of traffic at different stops or stations, and on streetcars and buses, at different times of day.
  • Inspects company vehicles and other property for damage and evidence of abuse.
  • Submits written reports to management with recommendations for improving service.
