Job Summary

Description:
  • Manages and coordinates activities of a team of Channel Sales Coordinators and Representatives to achieve sales and profit goals by representing and selling goods and services through channels/resellers.
  • Identifies and communicates with key or strategic partners, ensures they are fully capable of selling and representing company products or services, and acquires, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners.
  • Develops and executes short- and long-term growth and strategic sales plans alongside channel partners to drive sales and increase sales and maximize revenues for the company.
  • Leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
