Job Summary

Description:
  • Creates and maintains a library system, archival system, electronic and hard copy filing system, and the retention and destruction or disposal of all organization records and files.
  • Formulates a record-maintenance system for all departments, drafts and prepares work instructions for the record retention policy, and oversees the company archives.
  • Oversees the development, functional requirements, and implementation of records according to management policy, including uploading, maintaining, and archiving electronic records.
  • Ensures that records are disposed or archived according to policies and legislative requirements.
