  • Administers individualized patient assessments, prioritizing the data collection based on patient's immediate condition or needs within a timeframe specified by policies, procedures, or protocols.
  • Reprioritizes care according to ongoing assessments of the infant, toddler, preschool, school-age, or adolescent patient's condition.
  • Requires RN license.
