Job Summary

  • Manages and administers services in the development and delivery of a comprehensive organizational development program for an organization that facilitates the alignment and integration of people, processes, and technology; vision and strategy; leadership and workforce; and business goals and culture.
  • Plans, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates organizational development effectiveness, change management initiatives, processes, and interventions, and provides direction, advice, and counsel to all levels of directors, managers and employees.
  • Partners with Human Resources, Operations, Finance, and other departments to identify organizational and employee development needs, and works collaboratively to support a program of continuous organizational performance improvement.
  • Influences and provides an innovative approach to affect major organizational initiatives, and addresses various needs associated with organizational change through persuasion, coordination, and explanation.
