Description:
  • Provides land support, direction, and leadership to oil and gas land team operations and colleagues.
  • Manages and oversees activities of Landmen and Analysts in one or more states, and develops and manages land processes.
  • Coordinates the overall tender process, including determination of bid list, commercial bid evaluation of proposals, coordination with the customer to identify best business solution, and contract negotiation and execution.
  • Negotiates, drafts, plans, and develops contract agreements and implementation for exploration and development of oil and gas resources between the State, the oil industry, corporations, the Federal government, and private individuals.
