Description:
  • Manages the use and development of and attains sustainable land resources, which are used for a variety of purposes such as organic agriculture, wildlife, reforestation (see Forester), water resource management, and eco-tourism projects in both urban and rural settings.
  • Nurtures, maintains, and restores rangelands, forests, wetlands, wildlife habitats, farmland, scenic landscapes, and other natural resources by designing and implementing programs to sustain the land and wildlife.
  • Prevents environmental damage to the land and wildlife through careful management of the development and use of a region's land resource.
