Plans, designs, develops, and maintains the overall collaboration enterprise architecture, strategy, standards, and roadmap to ensure effective integration of voice, on-line meeting technology (i.e., Web Ex, Lync, Go-To-Meeting, etc.), instant messaging, desktop sharing, video, mobility, IP voice, E-mail, and data systems of the business.
Directs a team of technology professionals, including Service Management, Product Engineering, Design Engineering, and Implementation Engineering, who are responsible for management and operations of all collaboration services.
Determines the collaboration requirements of the business functions, and designs collaboration systems in the context of the overall enterprise architecture.
Establishes and adheres to operational objectives, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements; develops, modifies, and executes company policies and design standards that affect operations; and maintains strategies that align and support IT and Corporate strategies.
