Description:
  • Analyzes clinical and research sequencing data; and evaluates and interprets genetic variants and determines their clinical impact and therapeutic approaches in the context of the patients' complete molecular profile and disease.
  • Defines whole exome and targeted gene panels sequencing testing for inherited conditions, utilizing knowledge of human genetics and genomics.
  • Performs annotation of the data, and compiles and writes analysis scripts and interpretive compliant clinical reports relevant to the patients' molecular profile.
