Directs and coordinates, through subordinate supervisors, activities of workers engaged in inspection, repair, and maintenance of railroad freight cars, utilizing knowledge of railroad maintenance regulations: analyzes production reports, work schedules, and freight car repair list to determine efficient utilization of human resources, and recommends to superiors increasing, reducing, or shifting human resources as necessary to complete work requirements.
