Job Summary

Description:
  • Plans and develops systems and/or processes to improve complaint handling efficiencies and compliance in coordination with Post Market Surveillance Manager.
  • Develops and maintains medical device regulatory reporting rationales based on risk level, clinical use of the product, and in conformance with US FDA and International Regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains customer complaint data base and files according to regulatory requirements and company policy.
  • Designs and reviews quality system and product documents, test methods, protocols, process and product validations, and stability protocols.
  • Recommends improvements in quality system to ensure that the quality system is efficient and effective and that controls are in place to minimize risk.
