Description:
  • Collects data on a department or organization’s workforce; analyzes the daily, weekly, and monthly data to determine existing trends; and provides reports from analysis of a department or organization to the management team in order to aide in effective management of the department or organization.
  • Devises plans based on data analysis, to contribute to the operational goals of the organization, utilizing strategic planning, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Identifies root causes to problems, and develops measurable solutions to eliminate re-occurrence.
