Job Summary

Description:
  • Develops Voice of Customer (VOC) insights drawn from across research sources and organizational boundaries, working with the Product Management Team.
  • Identifies and analyzes customers’ key points, consumer trends, and opportunities that may impact strategic planning and marketing efforts.
  • Supports the overall VOC and reporting framework, acting as the key point of contact on customer surveys and feedback tools with in-depth knowledge of how these systems work.
  • Acquires and collects customers' expectations, wants, and needs from various direct and indirect sources, including from social media posts, emails, mining calls, customer research surveys, focus groups, individual interviews, and client feedback.
  • Explores and recommends other data that should be gathered to support the VOC initiatives.
