Job Summary

Description:
  • Coordinates activities of residential camp for seasonal agricultural workers: directs activities, such as maintenance of buildings and facilities, preparation of meals and type of food served, compliance with state health and fire regulations, and assignment of living quarters.
  • Arranges medical care for sick or injured workers.
  • Assists underage employees in obtaining health and birth certificates and work permits.
  • Administers recreation programs.
  • Prepares periodic reports of camp operation.
  • May recruit and employ workers prior to camp opening.
