No webinars are scheduled at this time.
Overview

Job analysis, job descriptions, and job evaluation are foundational to creating a compensation plan. This webinar will provide participants with the knowledge to successfully implement each of them.

Several job analysis techniques that may be used to obtain and document the job content of each distinct role performed within an organization will be discussed. Guidelines for conducting a job analysis interview will be provided and pointers given for designing an effective job analysis questionnaire.

Job descriptions are essential to maintaining an equitable and competitive compensation program. They are also useful in other areas of HR administration. The importance of the different components of a job description will be addressed and a job description template will be provided.
