OverviewThis course teaches you how to use regression analyses in compensation administration. First you will gain a background in distributions, standard deviation, standard error and correlation. Then this course will show you how to use linear and multiple regression to analyze pay levels in order to create more rational and competitive wage structures for your organization.

• Identify how to perform regression analyses, including the derivation of a linear regression equation and other regression techniques
