The following is a list of problems experienced by users of ERI software applications that are specifically related to the Windows Operating System.
Please note: ERI no longer supports use of any ERI or PAQ software product on a computer using the Windows 98 operating system, as of January 1, 2005, or Windows NT or ME, as of July 1, 2007. While most of ERI's applications should continue to function properly in a Windows 98, NT or ME environment, ERI makes no guarantee that all functions of all applications will work properly or without error in these settings.
