QUESTION: How can I export data to a spreadsheet or word processor application?
To Copy a Table to a Spreadsheet
| 1. | Open a document in a spreadsheet application. |
| 2. | Select Edit | Copy to Clipboard | Compensation Table | For Spreadsheets in the Assessor application. |
| 3. | An informational dialog box will appear. Click the OK button. |
| 4. | In the spreadsheet application, click on the first cell you want your information pasted to, then paste (depending on the application you are pasting to, right-click and select Paste OR click the Paste icon OR select the Edit | Paste function OR type Ctrl + V). |
To Copy a Table to a Word Processor
| 1. | Select Edit | Copy to Clipboard | For Text Files. |
| 2. | An informational dialog box will appear. Click the OK button. |
| 3. | Open a document in a word processor application and click in the area of the document you want the information pasted to, then paste (depending on the application you are pasting to, right-click and select Paste OR click the Paste icon OR select the Edit | Paste function OR type Ctrl + V). |
