ERI's Geographic Assessor® & Pay Survey is an easy-to-use desktop data program that contrasts geographic wages/salaries and costs among a single headquarter and multiple branch office locations. 5,000 subscribers utilize this research software application to set salary structures that are cost-effective and competitive. Relationships are derived from millions of data points gathered from digitized public records including the US SEC, OCR of US IRS returns, ERI Salary Survey's patented online surveys (78 US industries in 5 countries), daily reading of 35% of worldwide online job postings, and licensed UK, Canadian, and US salary surveys and datasets.
ERI research saves subscribers time and expense, providing analyses of competitive pay for over 9,600 worldwide areas, 8,300 (including suburbs) in the US and Canada. The Geographic Assessor survey research is available in 2 versions – Professional (for US/Canada salary planning) and Consultant (with 1990 – 2000 trended US Census demographics, OES H-1B visa wages, and a 12 million employer, size, industry, and address database).
