CBP: Recertification credits provided worldwide. Each DLC course qualifies for recertification credit for the Certified Benefits Professional (CBP®) designation granted by WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals. For more information on recertification, visit the Society website at www.worldatwork.org.

To earn CBP credit for a course, you must pass the final exam with a score of 80% or higher. Most DLC courses take approximately 1 to 2 hours to complete. To Obtain Continuing Education Credits:

  1. Order a course bundle: Order Courses.
  2. Once the order is complete, enter the course from your Training History.
  3. Read through the course and take the Memory Jogger quizzes.
  4. Take the exam at the end of the course.
  5. Go to your Training History to see your certificate. It shows the credit you have earned and for SHRM and HRCI, it has the codes you need.
