Installation

1.How do I install the quarterly update I received?
2.When I click on the shortcut, I get the "data expired" message even though I installed the most recent update.
3.I received the quarterly updates in the mail, but I do not have the original DVD.
4.I didn't receive my update.  All I got was the Platform Library DVD.
5.I thought I installed the Assessor Series software databases, but all I'm getting is demo data.
6.When updating the Platform Library, I get an error message saying that I don't have enough disk space.
7.I haven't received my update.  (Or:  My data has expired.  I thought I had a subscription for the whole year!?!)
8.How do we install to a LAN or network drive?

Internet

1.How do I download Assessor Series software database updates from the Internet?
2.I tried doing an Internet download from your website, but the file downloaded really fast.  When I double-click it in Windows Explorer I get a "corrupt installation detected" message.
3.Anti-virus software detects a virus in an Assessor product.

 

Error Messages

1.This control requires version 4.70 or greater of comctl32.dll
2.Computer date is not correct
3.Run time error 217 at ...
4.Application error exception Eprinter in module erirawin.exe...
5.An I/O Error occurred while installing a file.  This is normally caused by bad installation media...
6.Database date and program date do not match
