QUESTION:  With installation of the Assessors on a network drive, the Help files do not work. 

 

As of April 2007, the Assessor Help files are formatted in HTML.  Unfortunately, a Microsoft security patch now prevents HTML Help .CHM files from being opened on network drives.  "Action canceled!" will be displayed instead of the topic text.  Installations of the Assessors on the local C: drive do not have these problems.  Subscribers who experience problems with Help on a network installation should either install on the local C: drive or contact ERI for additional options.
