QUESTION:  With installation of the Assessors on a network drive, the Help feature does not work.

 

The Help files for the Assessor Series are formatted in HTML.  Unfortunately, a Microsoft security patch often prevents HTML Help .CHM files from being opened on network drives.  The message, "Action canceled!" will be displayed instead of the topic text.  Installations of Assessor Series software on the local C: drive do not have these problems.  Subscribers who experience problems with Help on a network installation should either install on the local C: drive or contact ERI for additional options.
