QUESTION: The Assessor Series® screens are "squashed" or cut-off at the bottom. How can I correct this?
Each Windows operating system allows for several different display options. If you are not using the "Classic" or "Standard" display setting, then you may find that ERI's Assessor Series applications do not display properly. In fact, you will most likely experience this problem with other applications as well.
This problem is especially prominent for Windows XP users who use the "Windows XP Style" display setting which increases the size of captions.
