QUESTION: The graph lines don't print on the Relocation Assessor®'s line graph (from the "COL Graph" sub-tab of the "Two City Comparison" tab). How can I get them to print?
This problem is known to affect Windows 2000 and NT users who are trying to print to a black and white printer.
Please note: ERI no longer supports use of any ERI or PAQ software product on a computer using the Windows 98 operating system, as of January 1, 2005, or Windows NT or ME, as of July 1, 2007. While most of ERI's applications should continue to function properly in a Windows 98, NT or ME environment, ERI makes no guarantee that all functions of all applications will work properly or without error in these settings.
First, verify that the printer driver selected for your printer is correct. (See Check Your Printer Driver.) You may need to select a different driver, or download the latest available driver from the printer manufacturer's website.
Windows 2000 users should go to www.microsoft.com and download and run the update for Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 (or later). This fixes the problem.
The problem is not limited to ERI applications. Many of the printer drivers that are shipped with Windows NT and Windows 2000 have problems with colored lines and text. Therefore, you may want to test the printer driver by downloading and running the printer utility available from www.pcpav.com/download-index.html. This printer utility will clearly tell you if colored lines and text are printing properly.
