QUESTION: When I print a report from an Assessor Series® application, the headers are printing black.
Most likely your printer's memory is being "overloaded."
Turn off the printer, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on and try printing one report at a time (waiting 30 seconds between each print job).
Several of the Assessor Series applications allow users to select (or "check") multiple print options at the same time. Select and print one option at a time to avoid printer memory overload.
If printing one report, or one option, at a time does not solve the problem, please try printing to a different printer, if one is available.
