QUESTION: I didn't receive my update. I only got the Platform Library® CD-ROM.

You did receive all dataset updates! ERI does not produce a special CD-ROM for each Assessor Series® application.

•	The quarterly Assessor Series software database updates

•	The main Platform Library (designed to make the Assessor Series software databases install and run more efficiently)

•	Several large non-copyrighted datasets that are useful in human resources, compensation, and benefits management analyses (including HR Codes & Laws, Public Firms' Proxies & 10-Ks as well as Demographic Data and Crosswalks)

So, the Platform Library CD-ROM is, in fact, your update. (See Installation - CD-ROM.)
