QUESTION: I received the quarterly update in the mail, but I do not have the original CD-ROM containing the basic program.
Each quarterly update is a fully contained application that replaces the data and application from the previous quarter. You can install the application using the CD-ROM you received (see Installation - CD-ROM). You also have the option of updating previously installed applications via the Internet (see Installation - Internet).
If you have entered your License Code for the current subscription year (and you have not removed ERI's software, or experienced changes to your hard drive that might have caused ERI data to be erased since inputting the license code for the current subscription year), you will be able to update your Assessor Series® applications until your subscription ends.
