QUESTION:  When I put the latest CD-ROM in my CD-ROM drive the following error message displays:  "This is not a valid Win32 application."

Most likely there is a physical problem with either the CD-ROM or the CD-ROM drive.

Check the back of the CD-ROM for scratches.  If the CD-ROM is scratched, please contact ERI, and we will send you a replacement.

Also, try running the CD-ROM using a different PC or laptop.  If ERI's Platform Library® executes successfully, then the problem is with the original computer's CD-ROM drive hardware.
