QUESTION:  When I attempt to run the Salary Assessor® software database from our network drive, I get the error message:  "Cannot open S:\Eri\Erisa\ErisaWinPba.idx."

The Salary Assessor software database is a 32-bit Windows application, and your network operating system is most likely a 16-bit operating system.  All of the Assessor Series® software databases and ERI's Platform Library® are 32-bit applications and will not run in a 16-bit environment.  If upgrading your network is not an option, you will have to run the Assessor Series applications and the Platform Library from an individual workstation.
