QUESTION: I installed the latest Assessor Series® software and databases, but I get the error message: "database date and program date do not match."
This error message is usually the result of having at least two copies of the same Assessor Series application installed to your hard drive or network drive, and they are not for the same quarter.
Solution: Uninstall any Assessor Series applications that are not for the current quarter.
