QUESTION: When I try to open the Relocation Assessor software database I get the error message: "Application error exception Eprinter in module erirawin.exe at....Operation not supported on selected printer."

This error message is uncommon, but easily corrected:

1.	Click the Windows Start button and select Settings \| Printers.

2.	Right-click on any printer (other than the current default printer) and select Set as Default.

3.	Run the Relocation Assessor software database (see Running Assessor Series Applications).

4.	Repeat steps 1-2 and reset the appropriate printer to be the default printer.

You should now be able to run and exit from the Relocation Assessor software database without receiving the error message again.
