QUESTION: When I try to run an Assessor Series® application, I get an error message that the computer date is not correct, and I can't access the data.
This error message will occur when one of the following is true:
Each Assessor Series application maintains a date and time stamp and will not go back in time.
If your PC date has been changed since you last installed the Assessor Series software and databases, make sure that it is currently set to the correct date and time; and then reinstall the Assessor Series application. See FAQ Installation Question #1 for installation options.
If this message occurs when individuals are accessing the Assessor Series application from a network, we suggest that your network administrator synchronize all of the computer dates using the network date.
