QUESTION:  When I run the Salary Assessor® or the Executive Compensation Assessor®, the splash screen displays followed by an error message: "An error has occurred in your program. To keep working anyway, click Ignore and save your work to a new file. To quit this program click close. You will lose information you entered since your last save."

 

If I click "Ignore" or "Close," then a blue box with the red circle and a line through it displays with the message: "This program has performed an illegal operation and will shut down."

 

Details: "ERISAWIN caused a general protection fault in module DOCUN40.drv @ 0001:000030d0. Registers: EAX=3E17676E CS=3E17 EIP=00030d0" etc.

 

There is an incompatibility between the Xerox printer driver DOCUN40.drv and ERI's Assessor Series® applications.  ERI is in the process of researching this incompatibility.

 

To begin accessing the Assessor Series applications immediately, simply select another printer as your default printer.  If you require further assistance, please contact ERI.
